Updated June 24, 2021: LBUSD is currently accepting all permit requests except filming/photography.

Applicants and facility users are required to adhere to all federal, state, and local public health orders. These orders include but are not limited to social distancing requirements, the wearing of personal protective equipment, and all required safety protocols. Additionally, due to the current cleaning requirements additional custodial hours and permit fees of 2% will be added to every permit.

The OFFICE OF COMMUNITY USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES resides in the Purchasing & Contracts Branch and is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and authorizing the use of district property by outside groups. Permits are issued in response to the Civic Center Meeting Act and policies set by the Board of Education.
